Terms of Service
Last updated: November 11, 2026
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Athlete Scout LLC. By creating an account, buying a product, or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1.Who we are
AthleteScout is operated by Athlete Scout LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Sunbiz Doc No. L26000363467), registered address 13018 Bottesford Dr, Orlando, FL 32832, USA. References to “AthleteScout,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Athlete Scout LLC. For any legal notice, write to support@athletescout.ai.
2.What AthleteScout is
AthleteScout is a platform for athletes (and their parents/guardians) to build a verified athletic résumé, host a public profile, and be discoverable by college programs and recruiters. We also sell digital guides, optional verification, and premium features.
3.What we do not promise
We sell presentation, credibility, and visibility — not outcomes. We do not promise or guarantee scholarships, roster spots, recruitment, tryouts, transfers, NIL deals, immigration results, or any specific result. We do not act as a FIFA-licensed agent or an immigration adviser. Verification means we checked the stated facts; it is not an endorsement of athletic ability or a prediction of success.
4.Eligibility & accounts for minors
Athletes under 18 may only have a profile created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who holds the account and provides verifiable consent. The adult account holder is responsible for all activity and for the accuracy of what is published. You must provide truthful information; we may suspend accounts with false or misleading data.
5.Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, stats, and text you submit. You grant AthleteScout a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the service (for example, showing your public profile to coaches). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. We link to, rather than host, third-party video where indicated.
6.Payments & subscriptions
Paid products and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your billing portal and keep access through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7.Acceptable use
Don't impersonate others, publish another person's child without authority, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape the directory in bulk, or misuse coach contact information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8.Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AthleteScout is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
9.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any court proceeding not subject to arbitration below is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
10.Dispute resolution & arbitration
Before filing anything formal, please contact support@athletescout.ai so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Any dispute we can’t resolve informally within 60 days will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Orlando, Florida, in English. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual-property claims, nor from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court. Nothing here waives any non-waivable consumer right you have under your local law.
11.Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on AthleteScout infringes your copyright, send a notice per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to support@athletescout.ai with (1) the work you claim was infringed, (2) the URL of the material on our service, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (6) your signature. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.
12.Changes, termination & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, for account holders, emailed at least 15 days before they take effect. You may close your account anytime. General questions: support@athletescout.ai. Legal notices: support@athletescout.ai.
